COLOMBIA: CASE 1

Sep 99 - Family court magistrate suspended Hague return order, in response to TP appeal. Child to remain in Colombia and new magistrate to decide the case. Sep 99 to Mar 00 - Series of appeals. TP's petitions for custody denied. Court suspended LBP's case for 4-5 months for a review period, as requested by TP.Actions taken by the State Department to resolve the case:
